Michael Jordan vs. Luka Doncic: Seven-time NBA All-Star dismisses Jason Kidd’s comments and delivers blunt verdict

Now Jason Kidd has started the debate, and he’s being open about his comments. “He’s a great player, but he’s not quite there yet. “Before you start talking about Dirk (Nowitzki), he has to win a championship and talk about what he did for Dallas and of course with Jordan,”

the 44-year-old said. McGrady also admitted that Doncic “A great player and one of my favorites.“

After Doncic scored 73 points to set the fourth-highest single-game scoring record in NBA history, Kidd hinted to the media that he had surpassed Dirk Nowitzki, who led the Dallas Mavericks to the championship. “He was in the atmosphere of (Michael Jordan), the best LeBron ever (James), Kobe (Bryant). So just to appreciate what this young man is doing at 24 years old, it’s something Dallas has never seen,” the Mavericks head coach said. By most people’s standards, Kidd went from 0 to 100 too quickly.

There’s no denying that Doncic is on the road to becoming a superstar, but it’s too early to talk about it right now. Meanwhile, McGrady is looking forward to Doncic’s performance ahead of defeating former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III in the 2024 Celebrity Sweat Flag Football Game. Kidd’s comments also sparked considerable discussion on TNT on Tuesday.

However, O’Neal has high hopes for Doncic, one of his favorite players, if he can continue to be as good as he is. but, ““Not before my son Stephen Curry.” ICYMI, Shaq is cautiously pushing Stephen Curry into this conversation. This also sparked debate, but little agreement.
