Comparisons between players persist Jamal Crawford Don’t like comparing current stars to accomplished legends. The former NBA star didn’t like what Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd said when comparing Luka Doncic to Michael Jordan.
According to Kidd, Doncic has surpassed his former teammate and the best player in Mavericks history, Dirk Nowitzki. He added that the five-time All-Star has a Jordan vibe.
After making these comments, Crawford decided to step in and participate in the current discussion. First, he praised Nowitzki and what he has done during his time in the NBA.

Afterwards, the three-time Sixth Man of the Year took his time defending Jordan. Crawford shared his tiredness of players being compared to the former Chicago Bulls superstar.

Doc Rivers as Eastern Conference All-Star coach not on good terms with Jamal Crawford
