The expectation is growing for Season 5 of Stranger Things, the one that will definitively conclude the acclaimed Duff Brothers series and also the character of Eleven, masterfully played by Millie Bobby Brown. La Repubblica reports that the actress would have refused a new contract from Ben 12 million dollars (twelve, not eleven) to reprise her character in a future spinoff of the Netflix show.
Stranger Things 5 will be the last time for Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven
In Millie Bobby Brown’s future there would be other plans, including studying. After all, she the actress entered the Stranger Things universe when she was just a child, at 11 years old. And three years earlier she, at age 9, had starred in an ABC adaptation of Once upon a time in wonderland.
“I’m definitely ready to wrap up,” Millie Bobby Brown told Seventeen magazine. “A lot of the story has been told, and we know it, it’s been in our lives for a long time. I’m ready to say goodbye to this chapter of my life and start another one.”
In the meantime, the production of Stranger Things is about to begin work on filming the fifth season, which will show the final showdown between the evil Vecna and the Hawkins party. A clash that promises to be epochal, as was the entire show over the course of its five seasons.
