There are a few things you are allowed to do in America once you turn 18. One of them is to get a tattoo legally. A woman named Emily wanted to make her first tattoo even more special, so she decided to have country music superstar Morgan Wallen ink it.
Luckily, when Emily attended Wallen’s recent show in Toronto, Canada, she had some really great seats. She motioned to what she hoped the Last Night hitmaker could read from the stage and simply asked:
“Will I draw my first tattoo?”
Below her question, she included an area in the frame where Wallen could draw his tattoo.
When she saw the country hitmaker approaching her, she knew it was time to take her shot. She held up the sign and, to her surprise, Wallen grabbed a cardboard sign and a marker and got to work.
It took Wallen about ten seconds to draw what the fan was about to put permanently on her skin, but she didn’t mind. Her new ink says, “Love Ya-MW.”
A video that has gone viral shows a mega-fan of Wallen going to a tattoo parlor to get Wallen’s message permanently inked on her body. She got a tattoo on the back of her hand.
The reaction from her fellow fans was all over the map.
“You just tattooed another dude’s name on your body and he doesn’t even know who you are or care about you. I bet one day your spouse will be so proud of you. SMH,” writes one commentator.
Also adds:
“If this were Taylor Swift, you’d be singing a different tune, brother.”
Wallen currently owns the country and all-genre charts and just announced new dates for his One Night at a Time Tour, which will begin in early 2024.
