Sony has been so impressed by the work of the interpreter in ‘Bullet Train’ that they wanted to have him for this film directed by JC Chandor.
Sony Pictures continues to build his universe based on villains of Spider-man and they have already found the actor who will give life to Kraven ‘The Hunter’. Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been chosen to step into the shoes of Sergei kravinoff in the film about this character from the comics of Marvel to be directed by JC Chandor (Triple Frontier) from a script written by Art Marcum, Matt Holloway and Richard Wenk.
Introduced in 1964, Sergei Kravinoff is a man who considers himself the best hunter in the world, a nickname earned thanks to his ability to track and kill targets. His ego for maintaining that title leads him to ingest a substance that gives him greater strength and resistance and slows down his aging.
As reported Variety, Sony Pictures has been very impressed by Taylor-Johnson’s work on Bullet train, the action film by director David Leitch (Deadpool 2) starring Brad Pitt. The study has decided sign a multi-movie deal with him as Kraven ‘The Hunter’.
The performer is not unknown in the world of comic book film adaptations. Starred Kick-Ass and its sequel Kick-Ass 2. As Justin Kroll of Deadline On their Twitter account, Sony Pictures wanted to sign big names on the film scene and they have approached Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeves, Adam Driver and John David Washington-Kroll mentions the acronym JDW in his tweet. However, the material of Bullet train has led studio executives to opt for Taylor-Johnson.
With this signing, the film about Kraven ‘The Hunter’ takes another step towards becoming a reality and joining the universe of Marvel villains and antiheroes that Sony Pictures is developing.
