See Decree No. 2098 of December 3, 2008 and its amendments and supplements, No. 328 of March 31, 2020, Administrative Decision No. 384 of April 19, 2021 and its amendments, No. 184 of February 2022 No., file EX-2022-111453102–APN-DD#MS, and

considering:

Through Decree No. 328 of March 31, 2020, during the extension of the state of health emergency, in accordance with Decree No. 260/20 and its amendments and additions, to extend the provisional appointment.

By Executive Decision No. 184 of February 16, 2022, she was provisionally appointed Dr. Mariana CERIOTTO, Tuberculosis Division, National Agency for the Control of Infectious Diseases, Secretariat of HIV, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Viral Hepatitis and Health Strategy, Ministry of Health.

According to Administrative Decision No. 384 and its amendments dated April 19, 2021, the ministry-level jurisdiction over the first and second business-level organizations is approved.

Since the scope of the implementation of the above-mentioned position has not yet been clarified and the reasons leading to the issuance of Administrative Decision No. 184 dated February 16, 2022, the Deputy Secretariat for Health Strategy of the Ministry requests the extension of the appointment of the above-mentioned deputy on the same terms as the original appointment.

The Directorate General of Legal Affairs has taken its responsibility to intervene.

The measure was issued using the powers conferred by Article 1 of Decree No. 328 of March 31, 2020.

Section 1.- Adoption of Executive Decision No. 184 of February 16, 2022 provisionally appointing Dr. Mariana CERIOTTO DNI 17.586.335 Director of the Family Response Agency for HIV, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Viral Hepatitis and Tuberculosis National Directorate for the Control of Infectious Diseases, reliance Performs functions at the Health Strategic Branch of the Ministry of Health Secretariat, Level B – Level 0, Level III of the National System of Public Employment (SINEP), approved by Decree No. 2098 of December 3, 2008 on the Sectoral Work Collective Agreement and its Amendments and additions for the reasons given in the consideration clause of this measure.

Article 2.- The positions referred to in Article 1 must be covered in accordance with the current selection requirements and systems stipulated in Chapter II, Chapter III, Chapter IV, Chapter VIII and Chapter IV respectively of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. National System of Public Employment (SINEP) personnel approved by Decree No. 2098 of December 3, 2008 and its amendments and supplements, for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) working days from August 16, 2023.

Article 3 – The cost of compliance with this measure will be covered by the current specific budget line designated for this purpose.

Section 4 – Notify the Head of Cabinet Public Administration and Employment Secretariat within five (5) days of the publication of this measure.

Article 5.- Communication, notification, publication, provision to the National Official Register and archiving.
