GRAMMY® winner and new queen of world music Olivia Rodrigo has released her new single “vampire” which is already available on all digital platforms and on all Italian radio stations from Friday, July 7th. Track available for pre order, was written by the multi-platinum singer-songwriter along with faithful collaborator and producer Daniel Nigro, already behind her debut album “Sour” (platinum certified in Italy). In addition, her second studio album, GUTSwill be released on September 8 worldwide.

This is the first new release since 2021 from the 20-year-old superstar who reached the top of the world charts with her first album, winning critical praise for her artistic maturity and songwriting abilities.

Olivia Rodrigo made history with “SOUR”: her first single “driver’s license” (Platinum certification in our country) debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 ed AND was the first song to reach 80 million streams in just seven days on Spotify, setting a record on the platform. The disc also includes hits”deja vu(Gold in Italy),”Traitor(Gold) AND “ok 4u(Platinum in our country).

Unprecedented success that led to the album becoming the longest-running debut album on the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 of the 21st century and the first album to stay at the top for an entire year. The record also peaked at number one in the UK, Canada, Ireland, Norway, Holland, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand, and broke the world record for most streams for a female artist’s debut album in a week on Spotify.

SOUR earned the Filipino-American singer-songwriter 7 GRAMMY® nominations, winning three in the following categories: Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Performance by a Female Solo Artist. The artist also won with Olivia Rodrigo: Driving Home 2 u (SOUR Movie) released on Disney+ in the category Best Music Documentary at the MTV Movie & TV Awards in 2022.

After all, Olivia Rodrigo went on her first tour last year, in which she was the main hero of the world with 40 sold-out concerts (including Italy at the Fabrique in Milan).
