In line with the measures that are being taken in the world after the appearance of the new Omicron variant of coronavirus, the Government decreed that people returning from the African continent will have to carry out 14 days of compulsory isolation. In addition, they must inform if they were in any risk area in the last two weeks.

According to an Administrative Decision published Sunday night, Travelers will also have to have completed the vaccination schedule at least 14 days before entering the country and record the same in the sworn statement required by the National Directorate of Immigration.

The writing indicates that those entering from Africa must have a negative PCR test performed in the country of origin within 72 hours prior to entering Argentina and performing an antigen test.
