American actress Tanya Roberts remembered for her role as James Bond’s girlfriend in A View to the Murder died on Monday night at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Over the past 24 hours, the media have reported her death over the weekend, as well as a denial of this information.

Tanya Roberts died just 24 hours after her partner prematurely announced that she passed away while she was struggling to survive in the intensive care unit, according to the Daily Mail.

On Monday, the death of 65-year-old former Charlie’s Angels star was published by media around the world. This happened after her agent said that the actress died on Sunday in the hospital.

Sometime later, her partner Lance O’Brien received a call from the hospital. “The hospital tells me that she is alive. They call me from the intensive care team, ”he told the media.

O’Brien later confirmed that Roberts died on Monday night after 9:00 pm.

The actress suffered from an illness that caused liver and kidney failure. Roberts complained of feeling unwell on Christmas Eve and fell on her way to the bathroom at night. She was rushed to the hospital, where she tested negative for the coronavirus and was placed under a ventilator before her condition worsened.

Roberts’ career began in the modeling and advertising business, and in 1975 she starred in a movie for the first time in the horror film by Jim Sotos The Last Victim. She also played several roles in films that have become cult over time. These are the comedy The Racket (1979), the fantastic epic Beast Mastery ( 1982), and the female version of the Tarzan story – Sheena: Queen of the Jungle (1984). But the most famous role of Tanya Roberts in the movie was the role of the Bond girl of the American geologist Stacy Sutton in the 14th film about the adventures of agent 007 A View to Murder ( 1985).
