Sandra Bullock, Samuel L. Jackson, Matthew McConaughey, Kevin Spacey, Donald and Kiefer Sutherland all star in this legal drama from director Joel Schumacher, based on the John Grisham novel of the same name. Not a bad film, but given the cast, it probably should have been better.
Diane Lane and Kevin Costner star in this 2020 Western as a retired sheriff and his wife who try to rescue their grandson from a dangerous family living off the grid.

2012 apocalyptic drama starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley as two strangers who become involved just before the end of the world. It’s charming and cute, but somewhere in between. Probably worth a look.

Part horror, part mystery, part drama. In Don’t Look Now, Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland play a married couple who, after traveling to Venice following the death of their daughter, meet an elderly psychic who brings a warning from the other world.
The controversy stems from a particular sex scene that, while fairly tame by today’s standards, was enough to capture the world’s attention back in the early ’70s. The scene, filmed with excellent editing, is depicted so realistically that both lead actors had to deny that it was not so. only acting in many cases.
Controversies aside, Don’t Look Now is a tense classic, a gripping exploration of grief and despair, with a brilliant score to boot.
Like Phone Booth on Wheels, this intense thriller starring Tom Hardy is filmed almost entirely in his character’s car. Olivia Colman, Ruth Wilson, Andrew Scott and Tom Holland all star on the other end of the phone line.
