This is what the mayor of Sabaudia, Alberto Mosca, said after presenting the prestigious prize of the city of Sabaudia to the Ballet School “Diamond” of Ancona at the end of the fourth Sabaudia Dance Festival.
An ideal organization, thought out to the smallest detail by the artistic directors Piero Zinna, Andre De La Roche (internationally renowned master and dancer) and Ilir Shaqiri (former Amici dancer and winner of Big Brother VIP in Albania) with the support under the patronage of the Municipality of Sabaudia.
“An extraordinary event that brought together talents from all over Bel Paese, transforming our city into a triumph of grace and creativity. Well done to everyone,” said Deputy Mayor, Councilor for Culture, Tourism and Entertainment Giovanni Secchi.
Among the many honored guests of the event, the names of etoile Raffaele Paganini, the charismatic Little Phil and the masters Dorian Grori, Francesca Carocci, Francesca Cristofoli, Francesco Gammino, Thomas Signorelli, Macia del Prete, Gerardo Porcelluzzi stand out
One of the most exciting moments of the evening, of course, was the presentation of the Award for Excellence to modern dance maestro Ricky Bonavita.
The award recognized the outstanding contributions of Little Phil, an internationally renowned hop-hop dancer and choreographer who has collaborated with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, and Craig David.
The Emerging Choreographer and Company Award was presented to Gianni Vers, an emerging artist in the world of house dance.
Finally, the Acsi Federation honored the Acsi Ballet Company by presenting the Emerging Company Award to a group that demonstrated exceptional creativity and commitment to work under the direction of maestro Dino Carano.
