The 498P9Z model has been added to the Philips line of monitors. It is designed to improve the efficiency of designers, architects, programmers, financial consultants, and other professionals who need more screen space in order to accommodate windows of multiple applications.
This display contains a LED backlight module (W-LED) and a VA-type LCD panel with an ultra-wide (32: 9) curved screen. To connect video sources, the monitor is equipped with three HDMI 2.0 inputs and one DisplayPort 1.4. The ability to display images from two different sources simultaneously in the Picture by Picture (PbP) mode has been implemented.
Convenient desktop peripheral connectivity is provided by a built-in hub with four USB 3.2 (Type A) ports, one of which supports BC 1.2 fast charging. The KVM switch function allows you to use the same set of devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.) connected to the ports of the hub to control two different PCs.
