Pusha T Under Bot Attack: Revisit Old Social Media Feud With Drake
In the digital age, rivalries in the world of rap are no longer limited to lyrics but extend to the world of social media. The latest episode of this saga includes Pusha T, a famous rapper from Virginia who has once again been subjected to a series of bot attacks on social media. And this time, fans are pointing the finger directly at his main opponent: Drake.
This happened last Saturday (August 26) when a series of tweets were published on the site. Twitter. The bots in question are very disparaging towards the Virginia-based lyricist, claiming that he engages in some pretty disturbing activities (from fraud to pedophilia).
For some, Drake’s involvement is likely
Incredibly, one of the tweets even included a hashtag for Drake’s next album, For All The Dogs in it, raising suspicions about the Canadian artist’s direct involvement. While some of these tweets appear to be random, some of them were retweets of messages posted by Pop Crave, a well-known account associated with the world of pop music. Soon, some fans began to speculate that 6God. “Drake must be one of the worst rappers if he needs bots trying to diss Pusha T for him.”one user wrote, while another added: “Bots vs. Pusha T is weird, Drake, it’s not funny at all.”
This is not the first time King Push has faced bot attacks on Twitter. Already in July last year, rapper Clipse became the victim of a bot attack on Twitter. All of the tweets, mostly retweets of RapTV’s post, referred to the Virginia artist in a derogatory manner. What raised suspicions was that all of the Twitter accounts involved contained just a few letters followed by a series of numbers, which experts say is a clear sign of “bot accounts.”
Feud between Drake and Pusha T
The feud between Drake and Pusha T runs deep, dating back to 2006 when Lil Wayne feuded with Clipse. At this point Malice of the Clipse launched their first attack when they saw Lil Wayne wearing Bape on the cover of a magazine. From there, mutual ridicule between the two groups continued for several years, with Drake officially joining the fray in 2011. When the Young Money artist released “Dreams Money Can Buy” that same year, King Push responded with a freestyle of “Don’t Fuck With Me” over the same backing track, starting with an intense shift between the two.
The story “The Story of Adidon”
Over the next few years, the two rappers traded diss marks in their songs until Drake released “Duppy Freestyle” in 2018 in response to Pusha T’s “Infrared.” Just four days after releasing “Duppy Freestyle,” Pusha T responded, ” The Story of Adidon,” a diss track considered one of the most vicious of all time. In it, Pusha T accused Drake of covering up the existence of his son Adonis, which had not yet been made public, and also attacked him based on JAY-Z’s “The OJ Story.” According to Pusha, his source was Noah “40” Shebib, Drake’s longtime producer.
