Questlove Hosts Game Night with Megan Thee Stallion, Babyface and More – VIBE.com

On Questlove’s last gaming night, many were dealing with some serious FOMO.

The star-studded event, held in the hills of Los Angeles, featured attendees such as Brooklyn Sudano, Megan Thee Stallion, Yvonne Orji, Robin Teede, Tyler, the Creator, Babyface, Santigold, Chrissy Teigen and just about everyone who wasn’t meeting Usher at Paris during fashion week.

The Oscar-winning director celebrated a night of friends and fun with a five-part photo shoot. “Adventures in King Of All Game Nights (LA EDITION) Part 1,” the 52-year-old wrote in the first part.

Photos show guests munching on all varieties of Hot Cheetos and a variety of cereals, including Reese’s Puffs, Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch, Strawberry Milkshake Frosted Flakes, Trix and Questlove’s own Quest Crunch. The event was sponsored by Cheetos, Balvenie Whiskey, Fever-Tree Mixers and Mi Casa Studios.

Participants played a variety of classic games such as Monopoly, Trouble, Operation, Speak Out, Scrabble, UNO and HeroQuest.

In the first part of the summary, Orji commented: “Time wasted!!” Meanwhile, Abbott Elementary School Creator and star Quinta Brunson said, “I’ve never had fomo like this in my life.” In part three, Vashti added, “I need an invite,” while Melanie Fiona teased, “Appoint me as a coach. I’m a Jenga Master.”

Teigen, who once considered herself “too old” for house parties, revealed the experience. She wrote on her personal Instagram: “I haven’t been to a house party in LA in years because I thought I was too old, but turns out it’s more fun when you’re old and don’t want to switch off!! Thank you @questlove for a truly innocent ass, pure night of joy and laughter.”

Sharing the latest clip from his gaming night, Questlove called himself “GmeNghtGod.”
