Reportedly, the post-credits scene of Fast X will include another guest cameo.

Although production wrapped a year ago, a post-credits scene was recently filmed for Fast X that includes a special cameo. The next chapter in the acclaimed action franchise will be the first in a two-part story to conclude the main films, with Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto and his crew targeted for revenge by Jason Momoa’s Dante Reyes, son of the Fast Five villain Hernan. Fast X will see another stellar cast of both familiar and new faces, including Recher’s Alan Ritchson, The Suicide Squad’s Daniela Melchior, and Captain Marvel’s Brie Larson, though that may not end there.

Just two months after the film hit theaters, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the cast of Fast X recently reunited to shoot a post-credits scene. Sources close to the production indicate that the sequence “may or may not” have a major special cameo, although no hint has been given as to what kind of face it could be, whether of a character familiar to fans of the franchise or a newcomer. .

The Fast and Furious franchise has seen a number of special guests over the years, including A-list actors like Ryan Reynolds and musicians like Iggy Azalea, T-Pain and Cardi B. However, considering the next film in the franchise, the ‘still untitled Fast and Furious 11, is intended to conclude the main films, it seems more likely that the scene after the credits tries to set up the story of the last episode rather than feature an entertaining celebrity cameo like the previous ones.

One of the most likely candidates to appear in the post-credits scene of Fast X is Gal Gadot who would return in the role of Gisele, a former member of Dom’s crew who was the love interest of Han played by Sung Kang since Fast Five from 2011. Despite her seemingly being killed off in Fast & Furious 6, there have often been rumors of her potential reappearance, which Kang has campaigned for on several occasions, though Gadot has previously indicated she wasn’t sure she would. With F9: The Fast Saga reviving Han after her death, it’s not entirely impossible that Gisele is still alive.

Another potential, but currently unlikely, possibility would be to see Dwayne Johnson as Luke Hobbs in the post-credits scene of Fast X. Due to the fight between him and Diesel, Johnson left the saga, except for spin-off film Hobbs & Shaw and its potential sequel, he’s unlikely to return for, even though Diesel has repeatedly begged him to. However, with Fast X picking up the Fast Five storyline, with Johnson’s debut, it would make sense for him to appear, or for a CGI return of Paul Walker, whose character was hinted at in the final moments of F9.
