Return to books – VareseNews

September 12, 2023

Dear boys, dear girls: “Guess who’s back? Back again”… Giorgio Martignoni, your representative of the Institute, having wished you happy holidays, unfortunately time to get back to the books.

This year, we, classmates, teachers and friends will face many challenges.
For many of us, a new journey begins, just like the children before who will have to start from scratch and face a new cycle of learning and living in a foreign environment that may be scary, but I am sure it will amaze and enrich them. … “Let the force be with you!”.

For guys entering the three-year course: “Welcome to the Fight Club!” You will leave behind the millions of items of the past to focus on specific items, and you will have to start fighting in the ring of such frightening Maturity.

And finally, new future school graduates who will have a year so stressful that they will have to take a “psychologist certificate” (I don’t envy school psychologists for this). After all your efforts, you will be faced with a post-apocalyptic scenario a la “The Walking Dead”, the so-called “adult world”. On the other hand, if you have survived 18 years of school, nothing can stop you.

I’d like to say we’ll go back to school with Alice in Wonderland, but maybe we’ll be more The Rock and Kevin Hart in Jumanji. Seriously, there is something new… and this concerns our director, Massimo Angeloni, who has a clear vision for our institute and its future. Dear manager, we welcome you with open arms!

As a representative of the institute, I want to not only bring your voice to the upper levels, but also be the initiator of projects and initiatives that wakes you up in the morning. On the other hand, I should not only be your best friend, but also a bearer of innovation and novelty.
Dear professors, you also deserve a few lines!
For better or worse, you always support us and tolerate us (or almost), even if sometimes it doesn’t seem that way, and I can assure you that it’s completely mutual. After all, we spend a third of the day together, about 70% of the week and almost 200 days a year, so let’s meet, always respecting our roles, because the year is still long.

Finally, “good luck” to all those people in our Gotham who work for us in the shadows, Batman style… all the administrative, technical and support staff (for friends of the Ministry: “ATA employees”). I want to say “Thank you” and prepare for the hundreds of screaming teenagers who will burst into the school before June 8th.
Ps. Friends…let’s hang in there, there are only 15 Mondays left until Christmas after all!! Thank you all!
