As of November 16, the Government authorized full capacity in massive outdoor events, so that from matchday 21 of the Professional League the stadiums may once again be full. River will play next Sunday against Platense at the Estadio Ciudad de Vicente López and next Thursday, November 25 at 9:30 p.m. it will receive Racing at the Monumental. Tickets for this meeting were put on sale and they were sold out this Saturday so that the Doll’s team could go around the Olympic Games before more than 72 thousand spectators.

River can become champion in the absence of three dates for the closing of the Professional League and for that it will depend as much on its performance as that of Talleres. The Millionaire must beat Platense and Racing and the T must yield points next Tuesday against Gimnasia as a visitor. Another option is for River to win and draw one of those matches and for the Cordovan to fall to the La Plata team. So there is the chance to go around the Olympics before a full Monumental.

When was the last time the Monumental was 100%?

The last match with Antonio V. Liberti in full session was on February 29, 2020 against Defense and Justice on the 22nd date of the 2019/20 Super League. That afternoon the Muñeco team received the Crespo team in an exploited Monumental, then it was played against Binacional behind closed doors and later the activity was interrupted from mid-March 2020 until September of that year. The public returned to the stadiums only in October 2021 but with a permitted capacity of 50% and River faced Boca, San Lorenzo, Argentinos and Patronato in that condition.
