Robert Englund reveals his favorite horror films and recommends a little-known one for Halloween | Movie

In an interview with Bloody DisgustingRobert Englundiconic translator of Freddy Krueger in the saga Nightmaretold me what films he has horror favorites. Between recent films and great classics, famous films and hidden treasures, there’s room for Halloween tips.

Here is the list of actors:

I say quite a bit. Anya Taylor Joy in Witch. Get out. Swede let me in. Rosemary’s Baby Holds up very well (over time). You might want to watch it for Mia Farrow and John Cassavetes; just for their performances, not to mention their directing. There is some great and interesting material in this film. And, of course, Ruth Gordon as the elder witch. Please never drink his drink. ExorcistObviously. Silence of the Lambs.

I really love Two sisters Brian De Palma, great, great movie. The best split screen in cinema history. Margot Kidder, William Finley – my favorite mad doctor. He cuts two girls in half because he wants to make love to one of them. What malice and what madness! William Finley, great actor. This is also in Fury and in my cheap movie with Tobe Hooper, Eaten alive!. I really love Bride of Frankenstein. Angela Bettis in Maybe. You all should watch Maybe this Halloween. Great movie, underrated and disgusting.

As a reminder, we found Englund again last year in the fourth season of Stranger Things. Find all the information about the Netflix series. in our profile.
