Dillon Brooks is still with the Grizzlies, and he received a lot of backlash during the series after being a villain in the league before. Although Brooks now plays for the Houston Rockets, he recently lifted the lid on last year’s playoff series between LeBron James and the Lakers, via si.com’s Chris Mannix.

Brooks was referring to the criticism and backlash he received following the series. But he has learned to embrace it. In fact, Brooks continues to confidently talk about facing LeBron and the Lakers in the 2023-24 season.
Brooks may be known as a villain in the NBA, but he’s helping the Rockets this season.

Brooks is an aggressive defender who is willing to guard any star if necessary. He is also versatile. Brooks is currently averaging 1.1 steals per game.
Offensively, he averaged 13.7 points per game and shot 55.1% from the field. Brooks also averaged 4.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
