Senigallia 09.04.2023 – On Saturday, September 9, a sports festival with open water competitions organized by the Panathlon Club Senigallia, Coni, FIN and the Municipality of Senigallia.
Meeting at 8.30 am at the Roberto 44 baths. Then the athletes will head towards Marzocchi, from where a 5 km hike will start, which will then return to the Roberto baths around 11.30. The event will end with a festive celebration at 13.00.
“One of the historic events of the Senigalese summer is back,” comments Mayor Massimo Olivetti, “which focuses on the relationship between man and sea in our city, a synergistic element.”
“Not only in sporting events,” adds Deputy Mayor Riccardo Pizzi, “this is further evidence of the connection between Senigallia and the Adriatic Sea.”
“As a panathlon, we organize two initiatives,” explains Veronica Quagliarini, President of the Senigallia Panathlon Club, “ColleMarathon and Open Water Swimming, to which we are particularly attached.”
