Selena Gomez brings back pastel skittles nails

But with spring upon us, Tom shared some very seasonal nail tips on Instagram, posting a selfie Selena snapped showing off-cute rainbow pastel nails with the caption “Spring air! 🎨 Pastel Skittle Nails»

. Before you wonder if Selena bleached her hair, Tom confirmed that it’s a throwback, but we’re big fans of this cute splash-of-color manicure, as it’s absolutely spring-like.

The trend that conquered TikTok was also chosen by Taylor Swift, currently engaged in hers eras tours, for her beauty look. Taylor has taken the trend to a whole new level and has chosen a different color to represent each of her musical eras and each hue represents a different album.

Following the traditional colors of the rainbow, Selena’s manicure, on the other hand, skips the red and starts with a pastel orange on the little finger, a soft yellow on the ring finger, mint green on the middle finger, blue on the index finger and (since she doesn’t we see the thumbs) we imagine that he chose a purple or pastel purple to complete the roundup.
