Serena Williams’ daughter Olympia Ohanian has been following in her mother’s footsteps on the tennis court with the help of her father, Alexis Ohanian.
The six-year-old posted a photo of herself on Instagram on Saturday, September 23, wearing a white tank top and purple shorts as she prepared to hit the ball with a backhand racquet. “Daddy was my caddy,” she wrote in the post.
Her father confirmed his role in the courtroom by commenting on the post with a raised hands emoji.

She eventually made good on that promise, with the tennis star signing up her then-four-year-old daughter for tennis lessons and documenting it on her Instagram Story. Williams joked that the coach “had no idea” Olympia was her daughter.
“Don’t even start with me, because I didn’t give her tennis lessons, I signed her up as a person,” she explained. “I’m not a pushy mom, but I know how much I love tricks and I wanted to make sure she was good at teaching Olympia some tricks,” she added.
Although the tennis pro tries to instill a similar love for tennis in her eldest child, Williams also said Olympia also enjoys playing the piano.during the appearance Jimmy Kimmel Live In November 2021, Williams shared: “She loves tennis, but I don’t know. Honestly, she loves playing piano.”

On August 22, Williams shared a video on TikTok announcing the arrival of her and Ohanian’s second child. The one-minute video begins with Ohanian sitting at a table looking at a computer before his wife sits next to him. They were later joined by their five-year-old daughter Olympia.
The video goes on to show Williams leaving the room and returning with her newborn baby in her arms. After the tennis star and her husband exchanged a kiss, Olympia leaned in towards them and planted a kiss on her sister’s forehead. The video ends with some sweet photos of the now family of four.
Ohanian also announced the baby news by sharing a photo of herself and her family on Instagram, revealing the child’s name: Adira River Ohanian. He went on to express his gratitude for his second daughter and wife and the doctors who care for them in the caption of the post.
