Winner of two David Donatello and four silver ribbons, Do not move and with Sergio Castellittobased on a brilliant novel Margaret Mazzantini (Witch’s Award 2002), is an immeasurable film in the Italian panorama. Next to the local actor playing the protagonist Timoteo, a charming Penelope Cruz read in Italian. His performance was highly appreciated by the press all over the world.
A 15-year-old girl falls off a moped and ends up in a hospital where her father is a surgeon. While a colleague is operating on a girl, Timoteo remembers the past and undresses, throwing off the mask of a parent and an exemplary husband. In an imaginary dialogue with his daughter, he reveals the story of extramarital love that ended in a hot summer many years ago.
More successful abroad than in Italy, the film focuses on embodied writing, understood as revealing the corporeality of the narrative fabric as well as the characters. The female soul is penetrated to the depths of the soul, preserving and strengthening the original angle in a successful film adaptation.

Unique works – Italian TV series directed by Cinzia T. Torrini and consists of 12 episodes. Sergio Castellitto plays Vanni Bandinelli, a respected Florentine craftsman who owns a workshop that has been in his family for generations. Two months after his son Lorenzo is killed in a murder, he finds himself managing five boys that Lorenzo has started working as a carpenter. Each of them is a unique work, characterized by its own characteristics. It will be an opportunity to reflect on the past, as well as shed light on the murder of his son.
