SLP government launches civil registration module in Fenapo

Visitors at the exhibition site will be able to handle the corresponding procedures flexibly

In order to support Potosí families, at the Potosina National Fair (Fenapo) 2023, the State Government brought all the services and programs it offers, the General Secretariat of Government (SGG) launched the service module of the General Directorate Civil Registry , can carry out some main procedures required by the territorial office.

Deysi Maribel López Sierra, head of the Civil Registry, commented that, following the directives of the Governor of San Luis Potosí, Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, and the Secretary of the Government, J. Guadalupe Torres Sánchez, the module will allow users to access the best fairs in Mexico, in addition to enjoying the processing of paperwork In addition to job opportunities, especially this season, there is an increased need to revise birth certificates and CURPs due to the start of the next school year.

He explained that, in addition to advice and information, some of the services that will be provided by the service module installed by Finapo include: issuance and certification of state records; issuance of certified records from other states and digital chains, CURP certification, administrative amendments, Replace appendices, acknowledgments, marginal notes in divorce and litigation, and more.

The state official explained that the Service Module at Finapo will be open from 12:00 to 19:00 and will be located in the Industrial Pavilion; the requirements to request an amendment are: a copy of the INE; a certified faithful copy of the official record (the record that will be corrected) ; power of attorney (if the process is performed by a proxy); or simple power of attorney (if the process is performed by an immediate family member). In case of CURP certification, a copy of the INE is required along with an updated certified copy of the birth certificate of the civil registration address.
