Snoop Dogg will perform in honor of Salma Hayek at the Baby2Baby Gala 2023

Rapper and entertainment mogul Snoop Dogg will perform at the Baby2Baby Gala on November 11 in Los Angeles.

The vibrant annual gala supports a non-profit organization that provides supplies to children living in poverty.

In recognition of Snoop Dogg’s service, Baby2Baby will provide nearly 300,000 essential items such as school supplies, hygiene products and sports equipment to children of two Snoop-supported organizations: the Snoop Youth Football and Basketball League and the Snoop Special Stars. These two organizations help inner-city kids in Los Angeles participate in youth soccer, youth basketball, and cheerleading.

Oscar nominee and Emmy Award winner Salma Hayek Pinault will be honored with the Giving Tree Award, which the organization says recognizes “a public figure who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to improving the lives of children in need around the world.” The Hayek Foundation supports organizations that help battered women and children from low-income families in Mexico.

With money raised during the annual gala, Baby2Baby has distributed more than 350 million essential items to children in homeless shelters, foster care agencies and other underserved areas. This year’s event sponsors include Paul Mitchell, City National Bank and Volvo USA.

Baby2Baby’s recent efforts include setting up a diaper production system and sending relief supplies by cargo plane to families affected by the Maui wildfires.
