SPF will reinforce security in the clinics of the ISSSTE


The Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) today announced that the Federal Protective service (SPF) will strengthen the safety of doctors, nurses and staff that provides health services, as well as of the citizens who come to hospitals and facilities of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), in the framework of the contingency by the Covid-19.

The commissioner of the SPF, Manuel Espino Barrientos, reported that mobilize elements for such purposes, in addition, they have accelerated the recruitment campaign of the institution, which is expected to add up to 13 thousand new police officers at the Federal Protective Service.

Espino Barrientos pointed out that they have already held meetings in coordination with health authorities, which will be intensified during the following days, for the delivery of agents to the hospital facilities.

“In the SPF, we are committed to the mexicans, but we know that in cases like this is to redouble our efforts, and we’re ready to go when called. That’s why we train, and we are in the process of recruiting a larger number of items, with the ultimate aim of serving the country at all times,” said the expanista.
