On a new episode of the SiriusXM podcast “With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray,” Brady, who guest-starred on YouTube star MrBeast, said his family would be disappointed if he ever returned to the NFL. will be unhappy.

When asked for advice on how to market his podcast, MrBeast (whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson) joked that ratings would go up if Brady announced he was returning to pro football again.

“If you really want it to take off, I’d have Tom say he’s coming back,” Donaldson said on the podcast.

When Donaldson tried to goad Brady into saying those words, the Super Bowl champion declared, “I’m not coming back.”

“All you have to do is cut out the ‘no,’ put it at the beginning, and say ‘catch the podcast later,’ and your attention span will go through the roof. The video will go crazy and you’re good — problem solved ,” Donaldson added, referring to how a Brady soundbite was used as an opener for a podcast episode.

Brady later rejected the suggestion, saying he couldn’t tease the media or his fans like that.

“My parents are going to call, my kids are going to call. They’re going to kill me. I won’t be here tonight,” Brady added. “Like I said, you only get one chance not to retire. I’m done with that.”

The 46-year-old football star went on to poke fun at Donaldson’s popularity with younger viewers.

“At this point, I’m just looking forward to being in more of your videos because my kids don’t think I’m terrible,” Brady said. “At the end of the day, Jimmy is the one who gets their attention. So if he tells them to do something, he has a lot more influence than I do.”

The YouTube star then suggested Brady take part in MrBeast videos as a contestant.

“Imagine my audience, they just click on a video and there’s like a hundred people competing and then randomly it’s Tom Brady. They’re like, ‘What the hell?’ It’s so funny,” Donaldson said , Brady readily agreed.

There’s one condition, though, the football star added: “We have to have a game that I’m better at. You can’t bury me alive or anything like that!”
