Welcome to the land of Oz

Actually the country of Oz it hasn’t always existed, but it appeared all of a sudden a few days ago in the Buckinghamshire countryside. Obviously it’s not about any magic or some strange spell.

To visit the fabulous world of Oz one must travel to the southeastern English county of Buckinghamshirein the picturesque village called Ivinghoe. Before your eyes will appear a beautiful town made up of many small cottages, neatly positioned next to each other, and characterized by colored thatched roofs. The set of the movie Wicked in England

The country of Oz so it’s nothing more than the set of a film that is being shot in England and entitled Wicked and inspired by the Hollywood musical of the same name. The film will have part of the story of the wizard of Oz as its plot, but told from another point of view, that of the witches. One of the protagonists will be Ariana Grande who will play the role of Glinda.

Wicked: What is the film about?

The village of Oz that will be the backdrop to the film Wicked is really what we imagine thinking about the world of the wizard of Oz. The film, for the uninitiated, deals with the events of secondary characters from the world of Oz whose history we have never known, namely the wicked witch of the west and her friend Gilda the good witch of the North.
