The 24 students of the last year of the Medicine career returned to face-to-face academic activities, after receiving the official approval of the preventive protocol, they will carry out their final practices in the hospitals of the interior rotating through the services of Clinic, Pediatrics, Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetrics and Mental Health under teacher supervision.
Rotation coordinator Dr. Hugo Feraud explained that the practices consist of health promotion, disease prevention and supervised assistance. In each headquarters, a situation diagnosis and research work is also carried out based on the zonal problem.
The General Director of the Interior, Dra. Graciela Alzogaray pointed out that the number of students and hospitals in which students will rotate has increased. “It is a very important process and we are designing an exchange of experiences with the students of the UNSE School of Medicine, which will be very enriching,” he said.
