Sony Pictures has released the first 10 minutes of Into the Spider-Verse online, where we can see Gwen Stacy (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) summarize his tragic origins and the origin story of Miles Morales (Shameik Moore). It has been 16 months since Spider-Woman of Earth-65 saw Spider-Man of Earth-1610, one of her few close friends from across the multiverse. Even more time has passed since the death of Peter Parker (Jack Quaid) of his universe, who died after an experimental serum turned him into a Lizard.
“I never had another friend after that”Gwen speaks in the clip, which you can watch below. “Except for one. But it’s not here. And there’s no way to get there.”
