The first case of coronavirus was at a press conference in National Palace: López-Gatell


Hugo Lopez-Gatell Ramirez, deputy secretary of Prevention and Promotion of Health, confirmed that a person of the of the Secretariat of Health (SSa), the part of social communication, was positive to coronavirus.

The official pointed out that this person was presented to the press conference in the National Palace on Monday, April 20. “We were led to be in a situation of potential contacts at all to those of us in this room,” he said.

According to López-Gatell, this person presented mild symptoms and was then hospitalized. In addition, added the deputy, is now out of danger.
