If you’re tired of waiting for season five Stranger Things (whose production is unfortunately still halted due to strikes), the solution may be to buy a plane ticket to London for the film’s premiere. Stranger Things: The First Shadowan original theatrical show that will expand the world of the hit series created by the Duffer Brothers, telling a prequel story that will inevitably intertwine with its past and future events. Netflix Today the full cast was revealed, as well as the actors who will play younger versions of Hopper, Joyce, Bob and Henry Creel (characters played in the series by David Harbor, Winona Ryder, Sean Astin AND Jamie Campbell Bower). But that’s not all: some of them will also be featured in the show. new characters who bear family surnames and therefore may have connections with other already known heroes.
Stranger Things: The First Shadow We Know
Stranger Things: The First Shadow will next make her London debut at the Phoenix Theatre. November 17 (and will be on stage until the summer of 2024). The show is based on an original story created by the Duffer Brothers, adapted by Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry and directed by Stephen Daldry. It will tell new stories that draw inspiration from the series’ past and mythology. The action will take place approximately 25 years before the events of the series and, as the authors themselves expect, “and may contain the key to what comes next.” In this way, the show can become an important part of the entire story. The official synopsis reads:
Hawkins is an ordinary town with ordinary worries. Young Jim Hopper’s car won’t start, Bob Newby’s sister doesn’t take her radio show seriously, and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate from college and leave town. When new student Henry Creel arrives, his family discovers that starting over is not so easy… and the shadows of the past leave a very long trail behind them.
