New details of the upcoming JRPG Trails The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki were revealed yesterday at Weekly Famitsu .
We will meet two new characters, Elaine Oakler and Renee Kinkade. Both are childhood friends of the hero, who spent their school years together.
Elaine is nicknamed “The Maiden of the Sword” and has achieved remarkable results both domestically and internationally. At the young age of 23, she reached the top rank of the Calvard Bracer and is now 24.
Rene is a 25-year-old man with a firearm and a member of the US Central Intelligence Agency.
We will also look at the LGC Aligmnent system. LGC stands for Law, Gray, Chaos.
The hero has an alignment characteristic for each of these values, which changes depending on the player’s decision during the main story or quests.
As a result, this parameter will affect the development of abilities and storyline (including allies and enemies) after the middle of the game.
The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki is the next game in the Trails series. It will release in Japan on September 30, 2021 for PS4. No additional platforms have been mentioned at this point, even though Trails games tend to receive ports in the future.
