NBA champion LeBron James forms new team
In a video posted ahead of Thursday night’s episode of “The Shop” on Amazon Prime, James shared which NFL team he is a fan of now.
“I’m a Browns fan now,” James said. “It makes me sick my whole life. But, we are hopeful every year.”

This left many confused as to whether James just jumped from the Cowboys. If so, he took off during the Cowboys’ 42-10 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Fans react to James’ stunning NFL reveal
Any noise involving the four-time NBA champion will trend and elicit a reaction. Sure enough, this one really caught the attention of Cowboys and NFL fans. Some even mocked him for doing the NFL’s version of a team switch — something he’s done multiple times in his career.
“Changing teams is what he does best,” one fan posted on X (formerly known as twitter).
“So he left the Cowboys because they weren’t winning and went to…the Browns?” another fan asked.
Other fans used the new term “LeBandwagon” to describe the NBA veteran who played two seasons with the Lakers, Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers. However, one fan doesn’t blame James for deciding to find a new NFL team to cheer for.
“A lot of people jumped ship after last week’s failure, haha.” A fan posted on.
However, one prediction suggests that James won’t be on the Browns wagon for long – James will eventually return.
“If the Cowboys make the playoffs, he’ll be a Cowboys fan again at the end of the season.” one fan said.
This isn’t the first time James has angered Cowboys fans. He made this big prediction during an Instagram Live video before the Cowboys-49ers game.
“That being said, I know there are a lot of Cowboys fans in America, but I’m not one of them! I’m going with the Niners,” James said during the live broadcast.

Sure enough, the 49ers beat the Cowboys in front of a nationally televised crowd at Levi’s Stadium. On the surface, this marked the end of him for Cowboys fans.
