Fontaine herself, the director of the original film, was also pleased with the end result and found a number of interesting dynamics missing from her film being developed here.

The dramatic note of the filming period is associated with the tragic death of Neeson’s wife. The absence of the actor from that moment made it necessary to partially change the plot of the film, followed by a departure from the original.

A completely ambiguous ending will give the viewer complete freedom to interpret the denouement of the story in their own way. How will this story end, where everything is not as it seems, and where everything can only have unexpected and even dangerous consequences?

Catherine is a woman who lives a calm and contented life. She works as a gynecologist, has been married for some time, has a teenage son, with whom there are only some age-related physiological frictions. But no more. At least from a more superficial view.

Going a little deeper, the woman begins to notice some strange behavior from her husband. As time goes by, the suspicion grows more and more, which forces her to start an investigation.

One day she decides to spy on her mobile phone and discovers something unexpected that drags her into the abyss of despair.

Indeed, Katherine discovers a message received from one of her students and a photo of them together. She is convinced that David is cheating on her.

To be completely sure, she decides to hire Chloe, an escort, to seduce a man and prove his fidelity.

A woman cannot even imagine that she will soon find herself in a whirlpool of desires that will jeopardize the safety of her entire family. What price will you have to pay?
