Interestingly, several websites and social media platforms promoted a video of an overturned aid truck from Egypt, claiming that spoiled and expired biscuits were inside.
However, the World Food Program confirmed in an official statement that the biscuits provided to Gazans belong to the programme, and can be consumed in the weeks indicated on the packaging, until the beginning of next month, when they will be consumed as soon as they are distributed first of that date.

He explained that these biscuits are more suitable for emergency situations, as Palestinian families need intensive and rapid nutrition due to their inability to cook due to lack of fuel.
Interestingly, new convoys of humanitarian trucks entered the Gaza Strip at the Rafah crossing on Saturday, totaling around 50 convoys. As confirmed by an official Egyptian source to Al Arabiya.net, the trucks were carrying food, medical supplies, wheelchairs for people with disabilities and 10,000 cans for sterilizing water, as well as supplies for hospitals and surgical operations.
According to statistics, the volume of humanitarian and medical aid arriving in the Gaza Strip reached 7,000 tons, of which about 5,000 tons of aid was provided by Egyptian institutions and civil organizations, while 72 planes arrived in Al-Arish coming from 17 Arab and foreign countries. The airport has so far transported aid worth 200 tonnes.
