A recent study has revealed the ten sexiest sports stars – but you’ll never guess who takes the top spot!
The esteemed list, compiled by Illicitencounters.com, features stars from a variety of sports – from boxing and rugby to the NFL and F1.
The data was generated after 2,000 British women were asked to rate the “sexiness” of 30 male sports stars on a scale of 1 to 10.
The list itself features some surprising names, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see the likes of long-time rivals Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo go head-to-head again.

10. Conor McGregor
Ranked tenth is Irish UFC star Conor McGregor.
“The Notorious” has rarely been in the spotlight over the past two years since suffering a severe leg fracture in a July 2021 match against Dustin Poirier.
However, this has not stopped him from being ranked among the top 10 sexiest active sports stars in the world.
Perhaps it’s his new, muscular welterweight frame that’s helped him make the cut.
9. Lionel Messi
He may be crowned the world’s best footballer of 2023 at the Ballon d’Or awards, but Lionel Messi can only finish ninth on this list.

Perhaps it was his long blond hair – which he usually wore tied up during games – that led voters to place him over Grealish.
5. Cristiano Ronaldo
Although he may be entering the twilight of his career and is rarely voted for major individual football awards, Ronaldo will be delighted that he has overtaken Messi on this list.
The Al-Nassr striker ranks fifth on the list, which is impressive considering the 38-year-old is the oldest sports star on the list.

The Mercedes star is often praised for her good looks and well-chosen outfits – and that was still the case during her recent trip to Las Vegas.
