Interesting new rumors arise about the next and highly anticipated season of Euphoriathe television series created by Sam Levinson and branded HBO which has won the warm consent of numerous viewers as well as critical acclaim, receiving among other things numerous awards such as theEmmy Award conferred to Zendaya for the role of best leading actress.
In fact, it would seem that the upcoming third season will show the young characters – whom we have learned to love and sometimes hate – after a longer period of time than when the events interrupt in the second season, thus preparing important changes within the story.
In confirmation of this, the statements of the stage costume designer take on weight Heidi Bivens, interviewed by Vogue, who didn’t hold back in creating high expectations; in fact, she states: «I will do everything I can to make this series a success. I’m genuinely excited to read the scripts. There is talk of a story set more or less five years after the past events and the characters will therefore no longer be in high school». And she adds, saying: «Who can know what will happen? But knowing Sam’s brain, it will definitely be something exciting and challenge us all, because he never wants to repeat himself. It will be something new that the public will have to discover».
It would therefore seem that even when Zendaya supported some time ago, according to which the story would be resumed with the same characters after having spent the high school years, it would find confirmation in the most recent statements by the costume designer.
Even just to hypothesize the possible scenarios of the new and promising episodes, let’s remember how at the end of the second season Rue said she managed to curb her addictions for the whole school year.
On what we can give for sure, we know that actress Barbie Ferreira will no longer be part of the cast. Invited to the “Armchair Expert” podcast – after denying the rumors about the alleged furious quarrels between her and the director – the young performer explained the reasons for giving up the role that made her famous, believing that, according to her and by Levinson himself, the character no longer enjoyed potential and interesting developments. If nothing else, a valid reason to announce one’s departure head-on.
