Time, the 100 most influential people in the world. Half are women

Gender equality in changing the world, for the first time. From the first lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska to the European Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestagerfrom supermodel Bella Hadid to singer Beyoncé: 50 women among the 100 most influential personalities according to the magazine “Time”.

In the 2023 edition, the one that coincides with the 100th anniversary of the foundation of one of the most prestigious realities in world journalism, there is gender equality given that the prominent figures are half men and half women. But there is no trace of Italian characters.

The annual US magazine list consists of you are the categories in which the characters have been divided: from artists to innovators, passing through titans and leaders and closing with icons and pioneers.

Category Leaders

In the “Leader” category is Olena Zelenska. Ukrainian writer, architect and screenwriter, she is the first lady of ukraine being the wife of President Volodymyr Zelensky. In December 2019, she was included 30th among the 100 most influential people in Ukraine by Focus magazine.
