Tom Brady may no longer be playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he’s still soaking up the Florida sunshine. The seven-time Super Bowl champion recently posted a series of photos on Instagram of him and his children on the water near their home in Miami’s Indian River.
Sporting a swimsuit and snorkel, Brady’s slim, post-NFL physique was on full display, and he was unapologetic about posting thirst traps on his main channel during the holidays.
“I spend a lot of time in Michigan and Massachusetts in the winter,” he joked in the caption. “Give me this.”
Since announcing his second retirement in February 2023, Brady has been living his best life, raising children Jack, Benny and Vivi with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen and spending time with his children Travel and spend quality time together. Now that he is no longer trapped in high-intensity training, in addition to his physical health, he has time and energy to invest in his mental health.
“I lost about 10 pounds, but I’m actually very healthy now,” he said on the Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray show. let’s go podcast in September. “I don’t have the pressure of playing, so it allows me to focus more on my physical health… You can prioritize a lot of other things – career, kids, relationships, family, etc. Good community – but at the end of the day , physical and mental health should be at the top of the pyramid.”
