Tom Brady’s ex-boyfriend Gisele Bündchen reveals she’s working towards a black belt in jiu-jitsu as the model leaves rumored boyfriend’s gym

GISELE Bündchen wakes up early and heads to the gym for jiu-jitsu classes in the morning.

The 43-year-old Brazilian supermodel continues to make rapid progress in the martial arts world.

Gisele showed off her blue belt when she arrived at Joaquim Valente’s gym in Miami earlier this week.

The stunning model stepped out in a kimono emblazoned with the ‘Valente Brothers’ logo on Wednesday.

Last October, Gisele split from ex-husband Tom Brady after 12 years of marriage.

Since their highly publicized breakup, Bündchen has devoted herself entirely to fitness.

According to Women’s Health Magazine, Gisele has completely changed her lifestyle over the past few years.

She has quit smoking, takes part in martial arts training three times a week, and meditates and jogs to stay in top shape.

Gisele spoke about her love for jiu-jitsu in an interview with WHM, saying: “Everything changed (after I started martial arts). My life changed for the better.

“Because I was so nervous and working so hard, the rest of it was really important.”

Not only is Valente Gisele’s jiu-jitsu coach, he also trains her children Benjamin, 13, and Vivian Lake, 11.

The two maintain a strictly professional relationship.

“I think, unfortunately, at this point, because I’m divorced, I’m sure they’re going to try to tie me to anything,” Gisele told Vanity Fair in April.

The supermodel is one of the highest paid models in the world and has appeared on more than 1,200 magazine covers.

She has relaunched her modeling career in recent months, appearing topless in Frame’s winter ad campaign in October.

Bündchen’s ex-husband Brady recently split from girlfriend Irina Shayk.

In July, Brady and Shayk were photographed in Los Angeles with PDAs in their cars.

But their relationship failed because the former NFL legend was “too busy to love.”

According to the Daily Mail, Brady was unable to maintain the budding relationship due to his busy lifestyle.

An insider reportedly told the outlet: “If Tom had more time for love, he would go all out and probably still date Irina. He really thinks she’s great.

“But Tom is keeping himself busy with his business, being a part of the sports teams he owns, getting ready for his commentary job next year and being a father.”
