The NFL icon has been building a massive home in Brentwood, California, not far from the house he once shared with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.
Brady and Bundchen divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
Photos recently obtained by The Sun show that construction on the quarterback’s 14,000-square-foot property is nearly complete.
Heavy equipment and construction materials can still be seen outside the Brady mansion.
But the impressive two-story house already towers over nearby lawns and trees.
It has huge glass walls on both floors, flooding the spacious interior with light.
Stylish white columns add a special touch to the upper terraces on either side of the home.
Additionally, construction crews have laid the foundation for a massive in-ground swimming pool in the backyard.
Brady, a California native, has been building a luxury bachelor pad from the ground up after demolishing the estate’s original mansion.
It is located in a neighborhood filled with celebrities.
The retired NFL quarterback will live with A-list stars including Jennifer Garner, Bruce Willis, Chris Pratt and Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosia.
Not far away, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James completed his $37 million Brentwood mansion.
Once the Los Angeles home is ready, Brady will be able to enjoy his single life on both coasts.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion owns an apartment in Tribeca, New York City, where he spent a night earlier this year as his romance with Russian-born model Irina Shayk blossomed .
Brady also built a stunning billionaire bunker on posh Indian River Island in Miami, Florida.
The NFL legend is believed to be single again, after his relationship with Shayk reportedly fell apart just months later.
