The president of United States announced on Saturday that finally resigned to apply quarantine in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, after which before had raised that possibility in the fight against the coronavirus.

In response, the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo railed against the idea of a mandatory quarantine and said that a measure of that kind would be a “declaration of war”and ” states”.
“It would be a chaos and a riot,” said the democrat Cuomo in an interview, in which he questioned the legality of the quarantine of two weeks.
New York has become the epicenter of the pandemic Covid-19 in EU and accumulates more than 52 thousand confirmed cases, almost half of the total registered in the country.
