United Medical Holdings Pte Ltd (UMP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Vision Technology Co Ltd to implement medical image analysis solutions using artificial intelligence (AI). The collaboration will enable DR-Sight AI technology to be implemented at UMP Medical Center to assist with chest X-ray examinations.
DR-Sight is an artificial intelligence-based technology designed to evaluate chest X-ray images. It can identify symptoms of various respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, pulmonary edema, and pneumothorax, and alert doctors to potential problems. This technology enables doctors to conduct more detailed analysis and timely diagnosis, so that diseases can be detected early and appropriate treatment can be taken.
