Back in the day, when Michael Jordan was playing at the University of North Carolina (wearing Converse), everyone on the team would wear matching shoes. Usually color coordinated with the team uniform. no longer. Today, every player has the freedom to choose the type and color of shoe that makes him most comfortable.
