The match against the hosts the following day, always at 17.00, while the last match of the first leg against Belgium on Monday 31 July at 12.00. Today the technical staff coordinated by Andrea Mazzone named the 12 athletes who will leave for Latvia after the meeting in Foligno. Adele Maria Cancelli, Eleonora Villa and Vittoria Blasi have joined the Under 20 squad from the Under 19 national team, which recently completed the World Cup in Spain, while Federica Mauricio, Francesca Buccieri, Eva Lizzi, Michela Pinardi and Matilde Bianchi have been authorized to leave the squad.

Italy climbed to the top rung of the podium in Klatovy (Czech Republic) in 2019, silver in Matosinhos (Portugal) in 2016 and Samsun (Turkey) in 2013, bronze in 2014 in Udine. Overall, our Under 20s have secured podiums in five of the last eight editions.
