There’s a drink that can help your skin maintain better elasticity and help fight acne, and yes, we’re talking sparkling water or mineral water. We know Asian women have incredible skin, and we’ve seen this product used in their skincare routine to help your skin in a very simple way.

Dr. Viviana Loria Kohen from the Spanish Institute of Water and Health said that mineralized water contains different elements and minerals, such as calcium, sodium, magnesium and silicon, and drinking this drink has health benefits. However, these elements also help improve the appearance of the skin.

You must hold your breath and immerse your face in the water for about 10 to 20 seconds. Then, simply dry with a cotton towel and wipe lightly.
