Venice Exhibition Day by Day Begins with the Lioness of Cavani

Venice Film Festival day by day: at the opening ceremony on August 30, 90-year-old Liliana Cavani will be honored with the Lion of Lifetime Achievement, who will present her latest film, The Order of Time, out of competition. The opening entry in Venice is Comandante by De Angelis with Pierfrancesco Favino in competition. Sunday 3 in David Fincher’s Killer with Michael Fassbender and Bonello’s La Bethe with Léa Seydoux; Out of competition, William Friedkin’s latest work, Cain’s Mutiny Tribunal-Martial. 4th place in Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla, out of Woody Allen’s Coupe de Chance. On the 5th, Pietro Castellitto competed with Aeneas; on 6 Matteo Garrone with Io Capitano; 7 Lubo by Giorgio Wrights; 8th in Michel Franco’s Memory Competition with Jessica Chastain, Enzo Giannacci’s paper out of competition. 9th – Night of the Lions, the last film of “Society Neve” J. A. Bayona.
