Mohamed Salah showed his class after receiving a flood of shirt requests following Liverpool’s 4-0 Europa League win over LASK.

Jurgen Klopp’s side consolidated top spot in the group with an easy win over the Austrian side, with Mohamed Salah scoring his 199th goal for the club.

Colombian winger Luis Diaz scored and Cody Gakpo scored twice in a resounding victory.

Salah was substituted early in the second half as Liverpool scored three times and Klopp quickly turned his attention to Sunday’s clash with Fulham.

The Egyptian returned to the pitch after the final whistle but was immediately inundated with messages from LASK players asking for his shirt, hoping to take away a souvenir from their trip to Anfield.

This kind of treatment is usually reserved for football icons Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, who often find themselves at the center of jersey battles between rival teams.

First up was Moshe Ursol, who went straight to Salah to ask for the shirt and his quick thinking paid off.

As Salah took off his shirt, a second LASK player approached him and despite missing out on the famous shirt, the Liverpool star showed his style and told him, “I’ll give you the second one” A jersey inside.”

Salah then shook hands with the players before heading into the dressing room.

With this win, Liverpool sealed their place in the knockout rounds with one game remaining.

The Reds have won four of their five group games, with the only blemish being a 3-2 loss to Toulouse last month.

Salah has featured almost continuously for Liverpool this season, featuring in all competitions except for the Carabao Cup win over Leicester City in September.

Salah and his team-mates face a congested schedule in December, with the Reds taking part in eight games.

Klopp’s side face tough festive fixtures against Manchester United and Arsenal, as well as a Carabao Cup quarter-final tie against West Ham United.
