Jenna Ortega confirms season 2 Wednesday Will be less romantic and more scary than before.
In a conversation with Elle Fanning for Variety’s “Actors on Actors,” Jenna Ortega said Wednesday season 2 will be scarier than the first. He also said that romantic love interests would be pushed into the background, referring to the history of love triangles involving Tyler Galpin (Hunter Doohan) and Xavier Thorpe (Percy Hines White):
We decided we wanted to delve a little further into the scary aspect of the show. Because it’s so lighthearted and this kind of show with vampires and werewolves and superpowers, you don’t want to take yourself too seriously. We’re also leaving out any romantic love interests for Wednesday, which is awesome.
